How do I invite my homeowner?

Open More → Invite homeowner. Share the WhatsApp or email message, or give them the 6-character invite code. When they sign up as a homeowner with that code, the project appears on their account.

How do approvals work?

Create a post and mark it “Requires approval” (or choose the Approval Request type). The homeowner sees Approve / Request Changes. Every decision is stamped with Singapore time, the user, device and IP, and appears in Approvals → Timestamp log, which you can export as a PDF.

What does the conflict warning mean?

When you create an event, RenoLogue checks every event across all your projects. If times overlap you get a warning with the conflicting event and three free-slot suggestions. You can reschedule with one tap or create anyway.

How do I see my RenoLogue events in Google Calendar or Outlook?

Settings → Calendar sync gives you a private feed link. Add it in Google Calendar (Add by URL) or Outlook (Subscribe from web). Events, locations and reminders then appear in your own calendar and stay in sync.

Calendar integration (two-way OAuth)

Two-way sync that also reads your Google/Outlook events for conflict checks requires Google Cloud and Microsoft Entra app credentials. Set GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID/SECRET and MS_CLIENT_ID/SECRET on the deployment and the Connect buttons switch to full OAuth.

How much can I store?

Each project has 2 GB for photos and documents on the free tier. Photos are compressed on your device before upload; PDFs up to 4.5 MB.

Can I install RenoLogue on my phone?

Yes. On iPhone open the site in Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android tap Install when prompted. It then opens full-screen like a native app.

How do I archive a finished project?

More → Archive project. Archived projects disappear from the switcher and master calendar but keep all their history. Restore them any time from the project dashboard.
