PDPA compliance
RenoLogue is operated in Singapore and handles personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. We collect only what is needed to run the service: name, email, phone, firm name, project details, posts, documents, calendar events and messages you create.
Photo storage and usage rights
Photos and documents you upload are stored for the project they belong to and shown only to members of that project (and to anyone you share a document link with). You keep ownership of your content. We do not use your photos for marketing or model training.
Approval records
When a homeowner approves or requests changes, we record the time (Singapore timezone), their account, device type and IP address. This exists to give both parties a verifiable record.
Calendar access disclosure
If you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, RenoLogue reads calendar events only to detect scheduling conflicts and writes RenoLogue events to your calendar. Tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked in Settings → Calendar sync. The subscription feed contains only RenoLogue events.
Analytics
We measure how the app is used (screens opened, features tapped, time on screen, device type and approximate city) to improve it. Device identifiers are hashed; we honour Do Not Track.
Your rights
You can update your profile, export your approval log, and request account deletion at support@renologue.sg. We respond within 30 days.
